The short version: masoft.pro doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking, and we don't sell your data. We only receive what you choose to send us: an email you write to us.
Who we are
This policy covers the website masoft.pro, run by MaSoft LLC, a Florida company ("we", "us").
Our apps have their own privacy policies. For LoanSage, see the LoanSage Privacy Policy. Work we do for clients is covered by the contract for each project, not by this policy.
What we collect
- Emails you send us. Your email address and message, stored with our email provider so we can reply.
- Server logs. Vercel, which hosts this site, records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
- Cookies.We don't use any.
How we use it
We use this information only to reply to you and to keep the site running and secure. We don't sell your personal information and don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Emails you send us: only as long as we need them to respond to you or to work with you.
- Server logs: for Vercel's standard retention period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of, a correction to, or deletion of the information we hold about you by emailing contact@masoft.pro. We'll reply within 30 days.
Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect and to have it deleted. We honour those requests the same way, and we won't treat you differently for making one.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. If we make a significant change, such as starting to collect a new kind of information, we'll say so at the top of this page.
